My daughter recently purchased a 60 day NW WC membership. She had no problem using it at the T-4 lounge at JFK.

When she arrived in CDG with her husband, she was first told that only she could enter but no guests. The agent then changed her mind and said neither one of them had access to the lounge.

What's the real story here?
