To be fair I work in the lower CBD and it really hasn't been that bad so far this week, I think tomorrow may be different and Thu could be bad due to anti-capitalist protesters (day to work at home before heading south

Actually, the last couple of days have been pretty painless with traffic, but I've been sticking to the CC Tunnel when I've had to go across the CBD, and have only had to do that once or twice (gambling fix).
Luckily, I won't need to go north of Haymarket in all likelihood, but I guess I'll take the CC to Sussex and Goulburn tomorrow, and I'll have a look at what things are like.
