I had a wonderful long weekend at the JW New Orleans.The front desk staff was fantastic.Both Rooms were credited correctly,the EEO BOGO cert was applied correctly.No problems with using gift cards.Staff was very nice and friendly as well.
Upgraded(both rooms)to corner rooms-which have better views and more space.Room was SPOTLESS .Still have the old TV's though
If all of my stays(or even half of them)went like this one did I would be very happy with Marriott.
