Most of my hotel stays are for business, and our Accountant has just told me that I should ask the hotels to issue their invoices with our company's name and address, instead of mine, or at least both. When staying at ICG properties, they obviously use my personal data even though I'm paying with the company Visa card, which has both names.

What is the most simple way to fix this? I wouldn't like to change my data, as I also have stays for leisure, or stop getting points for that. Besides, most of my stays are in China, and it's hard to make them understand this kind of things.
