There is a Zoo there called Flight Connections Centre she can always contact her connecting airline who will have a desk there to assist.

But as long as she can Read Connections and 3 then she will have no problems.

Finally remember Heathrow presently only allows One Small Carry-on Bag
Not anymore! You can bring medium carry on bags. You should be just fine for that. Why don't U.K need review bring a large bags can go through the aircraft. It would be feel safer than bans liquid around 2006.
