It is a personal DC card.
Annual renewal cycles are really a deal breaker, especially when anounced with an attitude. Two calls with customer support were surreal - a snotty attitude (colleagues in my office were shaking their head listening to the call on a speakerphone) about the system determining the expiration date and no, no human could override or even question the annual renewal cycle. Not what you would expect as a customer with more than $ 50,000 revenue p.a.
Still at a loss why Citi seems bent on all but destrying the Diners Card brand.
