IME preferred services aren't impacted - the rate & AWD are. Eg. when my personal AWD was in the profile and my corp travel agent made a reservation, the reservation confirmation showed the correct corp rate and credit card #. That has never happened to me. I've used at least two different AWDs other than the one in my profile and the rate has never changed or reverted back to the profile AWD rate. It's always as booked recognizing the alternate AWD. There must be something fundamentally different in how we make reservations accounting for this, but I have know idea what it is.
