Red Oxx is a fantastic company with great products and customer service. Just call them and ask for a "trial period" during which you can examine the bag (though not actually use it) and return it if you wish. Shouldn't cost you anymore than shipping. I am sure they will work something out.
For a similar quality bag which is nationally available, look at Briggs & Riley Suiter Tote (Model 235X). Red Oxx have a greater choice of colors, but B&R is comparable in all other respects (quality, design, price and warranty).
The B&R is a much heavier duty ballistic, with more than twice the thread count of the Red Oxx Air Boss from what I can tell. The downsize is that it means the B&R weighs about twice as much also. Pretty sure Im going to order an Air Boss. If Im carrying it, the extra 3 pounds matters.
