There's a rather upscale oden place called Shiki no Oden in Shinbashi that I like (branch of an Osaka oden shop). They get a lot of their sake from the sake shop I took classes at, and the location is such that you may get to see a Ginza mama-san there having dinner with a customer before heading in to work.
