I just received my renewal DC card and noticed that it expires in one year. DC told me - including a supervior - that all new DC cards are only renewed for one year. This was blamed on the MasterCard system which supposedly only allows one-year renewals - which clashes with my MasterCard experiences.

This is a major inconvenience because annually changing expiration dates require changing 50+ travel/charge profiles each year for me.

Given the amount of money I put on this card I doubt I was put into a "don't care about this customer bucket". Sadly, DC has become little more than an expensive MasterCard.

Has anyone else experienced the same?
