Sure, everybody should be treated with the same respect and courtesy, but this does not mean that the product on the ground, beyond lounge access, should be identical in all classes.

It's laudable that pax are treated with the same courtesy and respect, but the physical infrastrucutre at least should offer a premium experience - minimla queueing, a quieter environment etc. I wonder if the Prem's checking in at a regular desk at LGW are due to the often long queues for the F/J lines?
