"Best" is personal....

Some people like "No Sign Board" or "East Coast Seafood"... whereas I would go all the way out to Tuas for my Chilli and Pepper Crab which comes in both White Pepper and Black Pepper style.

For chicken rice - again it depends on what style you want. The Hainanese or the Roast version.

I like the one opposite Novena Church. They have the best roast chicken style in town. The secret's in the sauce!
