This flight arrives EWR pretty early, and they don't need the 772 to go out right away. That's why they'll unload at B and then tow it away until later in the afternoon for a Terminal C departure (at all three piers). Same with the other 5 flights.

The C-gates with access to immigration will be mostly used by 752s, which then operate to Florida.
