No, there is no extra pay for this... we are paid the same per hour no matter how many hours we work (same with the pilots, and why pilots refusing "overtime" is a bit misleading-- and one reason why they are so annoyed). And I am not sure about the negotiating history of this clause in our agreement.

Opus17, thanks for the warning. I was not aware that doing something like this was a big no-no, unless it says something like "company confidential." I was under the impression that once something like this was "out there" to the employees it could appear anywhere, and in fact a company should expect that. I was posting it in the spirit ozstamps described, but I guess I should be more careful. Do you think that paraphrasing the main points without using exact quotes would be OK in general for something like this? I always believe in keeping good customers informed but I certainly do not want to get in any trouble!
