Bear96, Thanks for keeping us updated. You had forewarned us about the possibility of an FA shortage at the end of August so I'm glad (more so than the FA's?) that the effects of this may be minimzed. I'm kind of surprised that the Union allowed this to be written into a Contract as it seems Management might potentially abuse this clause. I'm assuming that significant extra pay is part of the equation?
