I think by posting what you have, it simply reassures many here that some positive steps
ARE being taken to rectify things. Many of the citics here have been saying "WHAT are United doing to sort things". Your memo partly addresses that question.
Glad to read it, glad to see you post it, and glad to feel that things are on track to address the recent "turbulence".

WHY UA will pull out of this mess, and get back on an even keel.
