True or false? I booked most of my interisland flights with Island Air because I love turboprops and also because Island Air is the only airline which accepts credit cards with non-US billing address.
Fortunately I am not in any hurry so any delays are not a life or death issue for me, but still would prefer enjoying the beach instead of being stuck on a na airport for a half a day.
Can anyone confirm this Lonely Planet's accusation of Island Air's frequent delays and flight cancellations?
Island Air's JHM-HNL service was interrupted yesterday by a mechanical problem. Did you jinx them with your post?

Co-incidentally, we flew them Thursday, HNL-JHM, the day before the incident; and last Sunday JHM-HNL, with perfect on-time service.
We're also confirmed on Island Air twice next week to rendezvous with the charming and world-traveled Australian FTer
tinkybelle, in Waikiki, for dinner.
Fingers crossed for our WP flights!
