Most of the UA 1st class lounges are very nice, with enough staff on hand to take good care of you. HKG is probably the best. You'll have free drinks and Hors D'ouvres and comfy chairs. You'll have to bring your own laptop PC to access the Internet. United doesn't do PC's anywhere.

The RCC does not have free drinks, but if you are on an international biz class ticket you can get drink coupons. Some RCC's are great, some poor and most are mediocre.

A few RCC's and 1st class lounges have showers. Some arrival facilities are in nearby hotels. LAX has this.
