Oooh, I think it's very local. We drink Herefordshire cider here and a lot of that you can't get anywhere more than a county away. Thought of setting up boutique cidery outlet once, for those very small cider mills (eg Dunkertons) as well as the more commercial ones. Incidentally pear cider is called perry.
