Ha! No, my mother is not my "partner"! I think my girlfriend would be the first to know if I were flying on qantas with a "partner"! At least I think she should be. Mom's just a bit insecure about flying and likes to talk now and then. I don't drink much, so inebriation is not an issue.

Thank you for the replies. It sounds like 3E and 3F would be preferable to row 1, but that if it's full then I should keep row 1.
