This is extremely disappointing news and will certainly have an adverse impact upon my CO travel plans. I have been a regular at the BOS club for some time via my AMEX Plat. That will soon apparently end.

Despite CO/CO Insider's spin otherwise, this is a significant reduction of service. All the blather about how great Terminal A is cannot hide the fact that this is simply a matter of cutting costs and many of CO's passengers will lose. Furthermore, the fact that CO will not have a club in a city that is one of the leading business markets in U.S., in a region that is one of the wealthiest in the nation, provides more evidence that CO is simply not a top-tier airline.
