The dire crew attitude and service is one thing on its own worthy of a complaint - the safety issue of not securing the cabin properly another kettle of fish entirely.

Thank God I have never had a crew like this. I hope I never do either!

If you write it as factually, dispassionately and in as much detail as your original post ^, I sincerely hope they take a lot of notice very quickly.

Edit: and good on you for talking to the Captain too. If you do write in and the Purser claims you are exaggerating, BA do have teams which can contact other pax on the flight to verify your version of events - I would imagine 100 or so people can back you up by the sound of it!
In reality what do you really expect to happen here?

Will those to blame be sacked? Almost certainly not. Will they be seriously disciplined? Almost certainly not. Will you receive a letter full of platitudes, almost certainly (it may not even say that everything will be fine when T5 opens). If you are angry enough at the treatment of the other passengers try the Daily Mail rather than WW. You might achieve rather more as a result, I am afraid to say.
