I really want to second two points:

1. Find a way to have CO agents in the CRC club. These women are terrific and a credit to CO. I fly EWR-BOS approx 6 or 7 times per year RT and probably close to half the time have had problems with flights. The agents have done everything asked of them including , when nothing else could be done, a sympathetic ear.

2. Find a way for AMEX to be acceptable when traveling on CO metal. Why shouldn't I now make some of my flights on Delta from LGA so I will have lounge access?
