In order to book the room in your family members name you will need to call to book the reservation. They will send you a reward in your friend or family members name as well so that it matches the reservation. With this system that is very common, there will be no need to have your name on the reservation at all.

# 2 The reward may be issued to the Member, any person in the Member's family, or to any other person except as noted for US Airways Rewards. Once issued, rewards are not transferable and may be used only by the individual named on the reward. If a person other than the individual named on the reward documentation attempts to redeem the reward, the reward will be deemed void and accommodations and/or transportation will be denied.
