As far as being crowded goes, all the 'interim' lounge has done is to move the QP Mob from one side to the other. My experience and other reports indicate that the renovations/expansions are necessary (and years late). Since the demise of Ansett, the CNS Dom QP has never been able to cope during peak periods.
