Aer Lingus stands out as a flag carrier that offers no UM service at all.
My daughter flew in with Aer Lingus recently and I think their non-UM policy sucks. I did not book the ticket..so I had no control over what airline she flew, but I guess that is how they keep the flights so cheap.
