Sometimes I wonder what is the point of making a car reservation. Many times when I reserve for say a mid size, when I get to the location there is nothing available. When you take a full size, they charge you the full size rate at the exit booth. The guy sitting at the booth said tell me to talk to the person at the counter if I am unhappy about the rate. And what is the point of 'counterless' check out.
