As part of the upcoming FFNs promotion I have been booking stays at Summerfield. I made two reservations. A few days ago a reservation actually showed under my reservations at Hyatt.com . I thought it unusual but did not pay much attention. Just thought it was part of the Hyatt integration process. As part of sorting out reservations for next week I cxld two Summerfield (all the Summerfield I had made) reservations and wrote the cxl numbers down. Last afternoon before leaving the office I got a fax with a Summerfield reservation which surprised me since I should have none left. This morning that reservation was showing online. Assuming it was wrong I called the D desk and it was still active. I cxld it "again". Well now sorting things out this reservation number is different from the other two. Someone at Hyatt made me a reservation without me knowing or authorizing. You are advised. If Hyatt is online I would like an explanation and if I need to keep concerned about Hyatt making me more reservations.
