Sounds like they really hook up the RAs, but what do they do for regular Amb on an award stay?
During our last stay, my colleague was upgraded to a Club Floor room as Ambassador (while I enjoyed my Club Suite ), but on a regular paid stay, not an award stay.

Club louge in Rio is, however, not one of the best. Selection of food in the morning and evening is very basic (not to say poor), but the Caipirinhas in the evening are fantastic .
