Flying BNA-LON. Changed at last minute at BNA to fly BNA-DFW-LGW (instead of BNA-ORD-LHR) to get NGBC 777. Flight diverted to SHV 15 minutes before landing, 4 hrs late to DFW, miss last LGW flight by 5 minutes. Rebooked DFW-ORD-LHR on ORD morning flight, told that I'll have a hotel voucher for O'hare waiting for me in Chicago.
Upon arrival in Chicago at 1AM, receive voucher for hotel in Glenview (30+ minutes away). Opt to stay at Hilton instead.
Seat broken on ORD-LHR (won't stay up)

Compensation: 12K miles, refund of hotel voucher amount (~$65)

Pleasantly surprised with the 12K, though it would've been nice if they'd simply held the LGW flight by 5 more minutes.
