What happened: JFK-SJU booked 763 with lie-flat seats seated with 2 other friends, checked in that day and was substitued with AB6 and all of us were seated in different seats (I had an undesirable bulkhead seat).

7/18 SJU-DFW flight delayed 3 hrs non-weather

Compensation: 8k mi

Pleased with the prompt response and I think the compensation was fair.
