i got this from a res agent, who checked with rates twice. true? on crack?

the CRWSTAR1 rule as shown on expertflyer clearly lists JK as a valid carrier. staralliance.com lists the flight i want in the RTW calculator. but this is a ticket issued 8 months ago that i'm reissuing... is the rule on the ticket i'm reissuing old?
