CIV score - affected by MMB upgrades etc?
Hi

I've done a quick search and couldn't find anything on this point...

I regularly upgrade Y tickets to C on MMB or at the airport. Is this taken into account by BA when calculating the CIV score?

Also does anyone have any information on the lag between (i) spending money with BA; and (ii) it affecting the CIV score?
