The legend for most commonly-used codes is shown in the KVS Tool FAQ. However, LH uses its own set of codes...
I would guess that W denotes an over-
Wing row, and E refers to an
Exit row seat (see also

Perhaps, if you re-post the properly-formatted map in the LH forum, someone there may have more info. Alternatively, you can ask a friendly LH agent, as this is the same map that they would be seeing on their terminal screen.
