The ticket number shows -- they claim it's not in the system (I am in the chat now).

They also say there's another person with my last name, but a different first name, flying the same segment on the same day. And they cannot see my DM account to verify if the miles were taken.

And I thought government IT systems were terrible!

I'm curious now as to how long this will take, and if I will have a flight to check into this weekend!
