This weekend when trying to get from DEN-LAX I heard some terms that I had not heard in a while so I thought that I would share them:

- Air conditioning not work, it will be cooler once airborne.
- Overheating plane (747-400 after pushback)
- Mechanical delay
- Decision at 6:45pm
- Decision at 7:15pm
- Please deplane, and take all of your belongings.
- You are not on that flight (Even though I had a boarding stub)
- You now have a paper ticket, where is it?
- You want me to go through the manila enevlope for your ticket?
- Irregular fueling due to broken gauge
- Incorrect paperwork from the fueler.
- Have to find the fueler to get correct paperwork.
- Plane blocking our pushback
- Looking for a jetway driver
- Still looking for a jetway driver, we've called them three times already.

Yep, another fun filled 5 hour trek, which I took a Shuttle connection through PHX and barely beat the 747 non-stop.
