Advice to OP...you may want her to present a credit card at check-in that is in YOUR name. My HHonors AMEX is in MY name and we have been issued 2 cards...one for each of us. This has worked for me in the past as I am the one with the HH account. Of course, as mentioned previously, it would not hurt to have a CSR put her name in the notes of the reservation.
