If that's what Jazz is up to, who is in the cockpit on all those Beech 1900D's run by other contractors with AC paintjobs? There is a crew of two for less than 20 passengers and the planes are slow. If you can get from school to a Dash-8, are the Beeches and Cessnas being operated by even less-qualified folks or is the pay better?
