T1 was broken today (approx 2pm) - thankfully the sign announcing this was clearly visible, and there was only around 6 people in each of the three EEA queues.
From plane to Pink Elephant Business Parking was pretty seamless, at around 45 mins (hand luggage only).
That nonsense pier (gates 14-28 or thereabouts) is scheduled for completion in April 2008 (so just after BA have left

Still broken at 8pm (after 25 mins waiting for a stand). Significantly more people in the queues though. Took me about 15mins to get through the UK/EEA line, my wife in the Other line was more than an hour

. Spoke to the Chief Immigration Officer who wasn't aware that IRIS was broken, she said that we should have been directed to the front of a queue as IRIS users.
