Last fall AmEx had a promotion for new cardholders where they offered 50,000 points per Gold card if a minimum $1000 in purchases were made before 12/31/06. I secured a card and made the required purchases and Am Ex is now claiming ignorance on the promotion. I no longer have the paperwork. Can anyone steer me to a source to confirm the offer. Thanks.
