Umm, NW Elites get most of what you listed today. You can check-in at the MVP check-in counters and you get to board when partner elite boarding is called (usually the third call - behind first class and MVP/MVP Gold). The only thing we don't have yet is access to preferred seating although you can usually call and ask to get the exit row. 9 times out of 10 you'll be successful on the first call.
Granted, I think the NW upgrade certs are useless on AS --- especially out of SEA.
