While I would have never considered taking a blanket from a flight, I did indeed take one. I was flying PHX - DEN - BZN after spring break. I had accidentally packed my sweatshirt that I was planning to take on the flight as I am always cold, but somehow it ended up in my luggage. Halfway through my the flight to DEN I came down with an awful cold, which hit with no warning. I was so cold I was shivering and all the other not so fun stuff that comes with a cold. I did take two blankets, one on each leg to wrap my entire body in and I was still freezing. I kept the blankets for the reason that I had been breathing, sneezing and entirely wrapped in them for four - plus hours and didn't think the next person on the flight would appreciate my germs.
