True, but lots of cities have this problem. Ever been to DC? They don't even have lights.

Not ridiculous. Quite standard, actually. In DC an Arlington cab can't pick up someone in DC.

If you call the cab company, however, and request a cab, they can pick you up.

BTW, your home, CMH has really bad cabs. That's if you can even find one.
