Am at SAN traveling First to DFW, then coach to EZE. Am AA Plat. In every other club in the world they have given me drink coupons if I'm Plat on an international itinerary.

SAN says technically I don't qualify, but they gave me two coupons anyway. Took forever to find someone to make two Bloody Mary's, so she made them doubles.

Did I misunderstand the rules and just get lucky? Or are Plat's on international just given AC access but no bennies?
