Don't know about the exec apartments, but the hotel and facilities are quite nice. Their fitness area, pools, and sauna/spa facilities are quite nice. The apartments have their own set of entrances, but it looks like they can use the hotel facilities as if they were guests. Pretty good location too, just across the street from Peace Park and the Barbarossa...
