i think the UA amenity kit is not as good as other airlines - when I once flew VS I was really looking forward to receiving mine, but after a couple of drinks at the LHR clubhouse fell asleep in the comfy lie flat bed and - although I awoke after several hours sleep, didnt get the amenity kit, massage, food and nor had i made it over to the on board bar. anyway, from friends at work i hear the VS kit is really cool, and i mentioned it when sent the survey a while ago from UA asking opinions on what should be added....
