Were you happy with the hotel?

Yes.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

King Bed Garden View. Received Ocean View King "suite" which was really 2 contiguous rooms.

How are the rooms?

Nice enough. Typically hard Presidente mattresses--we are used to it, having been here about 4 times.

How is the Exec. lounge?

No lounge

What was good and what was bad?

Good: Friendly, helpful, accommodating staff.
The amenity was water and fruit which is redundant at an all-inclusive with minibar priveleges.

Bad: They've eliminated the Ambassador check-in desk, but the wait was short. No movie--system was down. They kept telling me they were going to have someone fix it.

Value for money? Would you return?
It was, but we also stayed down the street at the CP which was a better value.
