Could somebody who got this offer help me check that I got the right card?

I followed the link given here & got mine 7 days after applying.

It looks exactly right--double credit for SW purchases, 2 free credits on anniversary, etc.--but there was nothing in the envelope, either from Chase or SW, that mentioned free credits (16 or otherwise) after first purchase.

Was your experience similar? I kept a copy of the original ad, but was hoping not to have to call the bank.

I'm looking forward to this putting me over the top for my third CP. And thanks to the frequent posters on this forum for helping me get there! I would've missed the Choice 16,000 points promotion because of the "gas card" label if I hadn't seen it discussed here.
