[Lounge?] Arriving LH F in SFO, connecting to AC C
Hi,

I am arriving with LH F in SFO and connect with a 4h20min layover to AC C.
What to do in this time? Which lounge can I use? Read about the UA F arrival lounge but not sure if I can use it.

Thanks for your advice.

PS: There is also a 1h14min connection with UA to Vancouver but I guess its too short!!?
