Any experts in Premiere Pro out there?

I am running into difficulty with chroma keying to remove the background and applying the captured motions onto a new background.

I'm taking local dancers and applying them to a music visualization and I'm having a bugger of a time.

I got this on the web but I'm still too dumb to get this thing to work. Or maybe I'm missing something.
